For best results, a course of 4–6 peels spaced 2–3 weeks apart is typically recommended, depending on your skin goals and the type of peel being used. Your practitioner will guide you on the ideal plan for your skin.
You may notice some redness, dryness, or light peeling in the days following your treatment, this is totally normal and part of the skin renewal process. Any flaking is usually mild and can be managed with moisturiser. Most people carry on with daily activities straight away, just avoiding heavy exfoliation or heat (like saunas or steam) for a few days post-treatment.
Ahead of your peel, we recommend avoiding retinol, AHA/BHA products, and strong exfoliants for at least 5 days. Please let us know if you’re using any prescription skincare, and avoid sun exposure or tanning for a week before treatment.
