of collagen, elastin, and decline in natural skin hydration leading to loosening skin. It is more
visible around the delicate and thin skin on the upper eyelids. Sagging of the upper or lower lids
can give the appearance of fatigue and also affect the ability to wear makeup such as
eyeshadow, eyeliner or foundation
