Titanium
Soprano Titanium is the most advanced laser hair reduction platform on the market today. The gold standard of lasers for hair reduction, iIt combines three laser wavelengths (alexandrite,diode and ND:Yag) in one handpiece, providing superior efficacy and treatment suitable for all skin types, even sun-tanned skin. Soprano Titanium uses its famous ICE technology to continuously cool the skin for a more comfortable treatment, preventing burns and pigmentation.

All areas of the face and body can be treated with Soprano Titanium, provided the hair is not ‘vellus’ fine hair.
At consultation, your treatment goals and suitability will be discussed, the area(s) for treatment assessed and a treatment plan to suit your needs will be completed by one of our laser practitioners. You will be asked to fill in a medical history form before signing consent documents and pre-treatment photographs taken. Depending on the area to be treated, you may be asked to undress for your treatment. Towels will be used to cover you for your comfort. The area will be cleaned prior to treatment and a cooled gel applied to the area(s) to assist skin cooling and aid the movement of the handpiece throughout treatment. Once completed, the gel will be removed, you can re-dress and aftercare advice will be given.
The average person will see approximately 80% reduction in hair growth after six to eight treatments. However, results vary between individuals and can be influenced by hormones, some medical conditions and the thickness and colour of the hair. After the course of six to eight treatments, any remaining hair will usually be finer in texture and lighter in colour. Most patients will then require one or two maintenance treatments per year.
A patch test is required for Soprano Titanium, which will be carried out at your consultation, approximately 2-7 days prior to treatment.
Soprano Titanium continuously cools the skin during treatment, offering a very comfortable treatment. Some warmth will be experienced in certain areas but this will be minimal.
Following treatment, you may experience some redness or skin sensitivity (like a mild sunburn) for 1-3 days. It is advised that you avoid excess heat treatments for 48 hours after treatment. As the hair is destroyed, the treated hair roots will gradually fall out over the following 10-14 days.

We ask that you attend the clinic without make-up if treating facial hair and the skin should be free of perfumed products, creams and moisturisers. Hair should be shaved the night before or morning of the treatment. You may be required to stop using some skincare products such as retinol or tretinoin for one week prior to treatment.
