All new patients are required to book a consultation before booking any treatments. This allows our expert practitioners to fully assess your individual concerns and define a personalised treatment plan. This process ensures that you get the most from your treatments with us. Existing clients are also welcome to book in for a consultation for either skin or injectable treatments.
We take a £50 deposit for all appointments including consultations – larger appointments of 45 minutes and over require a £100 deposit. This deposit is fully redeemable toward the cost of treatment / products or can be refunded, provided that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you do not proceed with treatment or cancel with 48 hours notice, your deposit will go towards the clinicians time.

What is BOTOX?
BOTOX is a muscle relaxant used to treat a number of conditions within the body. It contains the active substance Botulinum toxin type A and is injected into either the muscles or deep into the skin. BOTOX works by partially blocking the nerve impulses to any muscles that have been injected and reduces excessive contractions of these muscles. When injected into the skin, BOTOX works on the sweat glands to reduce the amount of sweat produced.
